The location of this hostel couldn't be more perfect. It's just above the bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient, especially for families with kids. the lift accessibility to higher floors is a great feature. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of food options which is ideal for families.
Felt very lucky to have found this hostel, no complaints.

The room was spacious, and had it's own bathroom, which was very nice. The staff seemed uninterested, there was no breakfast, eventhough on the website it says there is an option for this. Overal a ok place for a budget price.

Very friendlys personel, perfect location just across the bridge from the Cathedral and comfortable rooms.
When I booked this at Booked.net, it said WiFi. The WiFi didn´t work, and apparently hadn´t worked for some time. Fix it, the cafe across the street had WiFi, why don´t you?

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the convenience of the hostel's location. It's just a stone's throw away from the bus station, which was perfect for my early arrival. the friendly staff made me feel welcome despite the early hour. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long journey. Plus, the free wifi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected and get work done.
Felt like home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

the noise at night (until 3 o'clock) from the adjacent room or building, I don't think it was in a room belonging to the hotel

Excellent location, quick walk to cathedral and river walk.
Rooms have very thin walls, very noisy while trying to sleep.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely rooms and the cleanliness of the hostel. The facilities were great, especially the 24-hour access to well-stocked vending machines. We also enjoyed the self-service breakfast which had a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a secure place for our bicycles and even giving us a free branded chapstick. The location was perfect, right above the bus terminal but surprisingly quiet. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hostel in Burgos.

Nice hotel, above the train station. Don't forget your earplugs as with everywhere in Spain, the walls are very thin

very central, just next to the bus station, clean
the inside of the hotel was rather noisy, the receptionists could have been more friendly, one day the cleaning lady managed to make my bed without removing crumbs on top of it.

We had a great time at the hostel during our New Year's stay. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main attractions and restaurants. It was also convenient for those arriving or departing by bus, as the bus station was right below the hostel. the staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our backpacks after checkout. the facility itself was clean and comfortable, and our bathroom was especially good.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the complimentary breakfast options were quite limited, with only white bread, crackers, and sugary jam.

Very close to the historical city center
Behind the hotel is the bus station, which causes a lot of noise. And as there is no real airconditioning, sleeping with windows open is not an option late at night/early in the morning (backside rooms). Wifi didn't work in the room either (with samsung galaxy tab).

The quiet area of the city in which the hotel is situated. Also I was able to get a key which allowed me to leave at 3.30a.M. as arranged at the time of booking in order to get the early morning bus to Madrid Airport.
The fact that there was a party with constant very loud music from 8.00p.M. until 1.00a.m in the hotel just below my room. It lasted for five hours which made it impossible to sleep. As I had to be up before 3.00 A.M. I got no sleep at all the entire night!!! Perhaps you may think that a refund would be appropriate in the circumstances. Thank you,
